Returns & Cancellations

  • Order Cancellation You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, all sales are final and cancellations are not accepted.
  • Exception – Not as Described If the gown you receive does not match the description provided in the listing (including photos and condition rating/condition report), you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
    • Important: Sizing/fit issues do not qualify as “not as described.” Please carefully review all listed measurements before purchasing.
    • To request a return under this policy, contact us within the 7-day window with photos showing the specific discrepancy.
    • Full condition rating reports are available upon request prior to purchase.
  • Pre-Shipment Cancellations (Alteration Requests) If your gown has not yet shipped due to a requested alteration, you may cancel the order. A 25% restocking fee (based on the sales price) will apply.

Condition Disclosure – Vintage & Antique Gowns

All gowns sold are vintage or antique, meaning they are pre-owned and may show signs of age-appropriate wear. This can include (but is not limited to):

  • Slight age markings/discoloration
  • Minor fabric wear
  • Small repairs, mends, or professional alterations done before or after we acquired the gown

We carefully inspect each gown and strive to accurately describe its condition in the listing, rating, and any provided condition report. However, due to the age and history of these items, minor imperfections may occasionally be overlooked.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • These are not new garments
  • Some level of age-related wear is expected
  • Small undisclosed flaws may exist despite our best efforts

We recommend reviewing all photos, measurements, and requesting a detailed condition report if you have any concerns before completing your purchase.
