1920s Silk Gauze/Charmeuse Tiered Dress & Silk Lining
1920s Silk Gauze/Charmeuse Tiered Dress & Silk Lining
This beautiful 1920s afternoon tea gown is crafted from a silk crepe chiffon and silk satin. The drop waist is accentuated by a twisted satin sash, a ruffled bertha-style collar that drapes off the shoulders with multiple horizontal ruffles and falls to a mid-calf length. This sweet little semi formal tea gown is accented by charming little satin bows and has a built-in silk habotai lining, creating a smooth and flattering drape. A truly lovely example for the 1920s era.
