1950s Atelier Tiered Chiffon & Pink Velvet Ribbon Wedding Dress
1950s Atelier Tiered Chiffon & Pink Velvet Ribbon Wedding Dress
This lovely 1950s restored and renewed atelier crafted wedding gown is made from chiffon and tulle, is fully lined, and complete with a built-in crinoline petticoat. She features a romantic off-the-shoulder portrait neckline, softly framed by delicate tiered chiffon ruffles that gather and rise, drawing the eye upward before cinching into a flattering fitted cummerbund-style waist. The dreamy, cloud-like ballgown skirt billows in layers of tiered chiffon and tulle, cascading dramatically to the floor with two romantic side pick-ups. Each pick-up is adorned with a soft pale-pink Swiss made velvet bow, beautifully echoed at the waistline and bodice. She is finished with a discrete side zipper. A truly unique and exquisite example of 1950s bridal couture.
